Employees of Mike Garcia Construction will enter your residence to construct the project as well as supervise the work being performed. Mike Garcia Construction has a network of subcontractors whom we've been working with for many years. They will provide quality, honest service.

Our superintendent oversee every project from start to finish. Mike Garcia Construction's employees and subcontractors are members of the communities in which we do our work. They all have families of their own and understand the importance of preserving the confidence and property of our homeowners. Mike Garcia Construction has a strict qualification process when hiring employees and subcontractors. One of the main reasons for such a strict process is that they will be homeowner's houses.

Mike Garcia Construction is a design build contractor. You will meet with the designer so that together you can create the perfect addition/remodeling project that will meet all of your needs. After your design has been completed we will obtain the required permits from the county. Once we have acquired the permits we will see the project through until the final punch list has been completed.

The length of a project depends on its size and scope. Every remodeling project is unique. We do our best to provide an accurate timeframe in which your project will be completed.

We will meet you at your home to review your remodeling needs and give an estimate at no charge.

We are presently taking on new projects in Prince William County and mid to lower Fairfax County.
